Introduction
ListZero ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the ListZero application and related services (the "Service"). Please read this policy carefully. If you do not agree with its terms, please do not access the Service.
Information We Collect
Information You Provide Directly
- Account information: Your name, email address, and password when you create an account.
- Profile information: Details about your family members whose accounts you are authorized to monitor.
- Communications: Messages you send to us through the contact form or support channels.
Financial Data (via Plaid)
ListZero uses Plaid Technologies, Inc. ("Plaid") to connect to financial institutions. When you or your parent/family member links a bank account:
- Plaid facilitates a read-only connection to the linked financial institution.
- We receive transaction data, account balances, and account metadata solely for the purpose of monitoring and alerting.
- We cannot initiate transactions, move money, or modify account settings in any way.
Your use of Plaid is also governed by Plaid's Privacy Policy.
Google Account and Calendar Data
If you sign in with Google or connect your Google Calendar, ListZero accesses a limited set of Google user data:
- Google account identity: Your name, email address, and basic profile information, used to create or sign you into your account and to identify the connected Google account.
- Google Calendar events: With your permission (the
calendar.eventsscope), ListZero adds your scheduled service appointments to your primary Google Calendar and updates or removes those events when an appointment changes or is cancelled. Each event contains the appointment title, the service provider's name, the service address, and appointment notes. We store only a reference to the events we create (the Google event ID and sync status). We do not read, import, or store any other events on your calendar.
Information Collected Automatically
- Usage data: Pages visited, features used, time and date of access, and clickstream data.
- Device information: Browser type, operating system, IP address, and device identifiers.
- Cookies and similar technologies: We use cookies to maintain your session and remember your preferences.
Financial Institutions
Radial Holdings ("Radial," "we," or "us"), the parent company of ListZero, uses Plaid Inc. ("Plaid") to gather your data from financial institutions. By using the Service, you grant Radial the right, power, and authority to act on your behalf to access and transmit your personal and financial information from your relevant financial institution. You agree to your personal and financial information being transferred, stored, and processed by Plaid in accordance with Plaid's Privacy Policy. Radial does not store your bank account credentials; authentication is handled directly by Plaid and your financial institution.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
- Detect and alert you to unusual financial activity, potential fraud, or spending pattern changes.
- Send you account notifications, weekly summaries, and security alerts.
- Add your scheduled appointments to your Google Calendar and keep those calendar events in sync, if you connect Google Calendar.
- Respond to your customer service requests and support needs.
- Improve, personalize, and expand our Service.
- Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and legal obligations.
- Prevent fraudulent use of our platform and protect the security of our users.
How We Share Your Information
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:
- Service providers: We work with third-party vendors (including Plaid, cloud infrastructure providers, and email service providers) who assist us in operating the Service. These providers are contractually obligated to handle your data securely and only as directed by us.
- Family members you invite: If you invite a family member (e.g., a sibling) to share monitoring access, they will see the same financial data you see for the monitored accounts.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal process, such as a court order or government request.
- Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
- Protection of rights: We may disclose information to protect the rights, property, or safety of ListZero, our users, or others.
Google User Data and Limited Use
The data ListZero accesses through Google APIs is used solely to provide and improve the calendar and sign-in features described above. We do not use Google user data for advertising of any kind, and we do not sell, rent, or transfer it to data brokers, information resellers, or any third party for their own purposes. We do not use Google user data to determine credit-worthiness or for lending, and we do not use it to train generalized or artificial-intelligence models.
ListZero's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
You can disconnect Google Calendar at any time from ListZero's settings, or revoke ListZero's access directly from your Google Account permissions. When you disconnect, ListZero stops syncing and deletes the stored Google Calendar connection and event references; appointments already added to your calendar remain under your control in Google Calendar.
Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information:
- Encryption in transit: All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted using TLS (Transport Layer Security).
- Encryption at rest: Sensitive financial data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption.
- Read-only access: Our Plaid integration is strictly read-only. We have no ability to initiate payments or transfers.
- Access controls: Access to user data within our organization is limited to personnel who need it to provide the Service, and is protected by strong authentication requirements.
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data Retention
We retain your account information and financial monitoring data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you close your account, we will delete your personal data within 90 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes.
Transaction data connected via Plaid is retained for up to 24 months to support trend analysis and historical comparisons. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data, subject to certain legal obligations.
- Portability: Request your data in a portable, machine-readable format.
- Opt-out of communications: Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in the email footer. Note that transactional and security alerts cannot be disabled while your account is active.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@listzero.pro.
Children's Privacy
The Service is intended for adults 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties and encourage you to review their privacy policies.

If you are a California resident, you have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). These include the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. As noted above, we do not sell personal information. To exercise your rights, contact privacy@listzero.pro.
